  • During our first session, you'll be guided through a 45-minute established naturopathic protocol, which includes a series of personal questions to clarify the purpose of your visit. The initial focus will be on understanding your lifestyle, social and professional life, medical history, and the level of toxemia in your body. Following this, a physiological, morphological, and iridological (not during the online session) analysis will be conducted to create your "personal vital assessment."

    The goal of the first session is to assess your vital strength and identify any deficiencies. Together, we will work on balancing three key areas of your life through a process of reharmonizing your vital hygiene to maintain a lasting mind-body balance, with a focus on metabolic, physiological, and psychological aspects.

  • Following our first session, we will determine which of your systems is most impacted. From there, we will methodically discuss the key health principles to gradually incorporate into your lifestyle. Initially, we won’t add or remove anything; instead, we’ll reframe, adjust, and reorganize. This will allow us to create a personalized Vital Hygiene Program (VHP) tailored to your specific needs.

  • 1. Food Hygiene

    • Understanding the impact of a healthy diet on overall health and fertility.

    • Emphasizing the importance of quantity vs. quality of your daily meals.

    • Introducing inner repair tools, including supplements, vitamins, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, minerals and lipids.

    • Highlighting superfoods and food boosters specifically beneficial for pregnancy.

    2. Emunctory Function

    • Focus on restoring the function of the emunctories (liver, intestine, skin, lungs, and kidneys).

    • Identifying the weakest emunctory and stimulating its function for optimal detoxification or revitalization.

    3. Psycho-Emotional hygiene

    • Implementing a sleep protocol to enhance restorative rest.

    • Techniques to deactivate negative thinking patterns and cultivate a positive mindset.

    • Establishing a relaxation routine to manage stress effectively. 

    • Incorporating regular physical activity to improve overall well-being.

    4. Nervous & Endocrine Support System

    • Strategies for achieving hormonal balance and regulating reproductive health.

    • Reconnecting with nature to foster mental well-being and reduce stress.

    • Techniques for stress and anxiety control.

    • Breathing exercises to enhance relaxation and emotional stability.
